Shipping and returns
Orders will be dispatched on the next business day after receipt (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). During promotional periods or times of high demand, delivery times may vary slightly. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All orders are prepared and shipped from L'Escala, Girona (Spain).
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking number so you can check the shipping status.
The amounts indicated do not include potential customs duties or tariffs. These costs depend on the regulations of each country and are the responsibility of the customer. Import taxes and duties are non-refundable in any case.
Shipping costs are also non-refundable, unless the error is attributable to our company.
Should the customer refuse to accept the order or fail to complete the required customs procedures (including payment of taxes, duties, or handling fees), and the shipment is declared abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities, neither the order amount nor the shipping costs will be refunded.
If, exceptionally, the package is returned to us, the return shipping costs, as well as any associated duties or handling fees, may be deducted from the refund amount.
